Melding vintage Chinese themes and packaging styles with communist propaganda iconography, the Dumpling Dynasty range is set to be a revolution in the design-led gift market.

The brand’s creator, illustrator Fiona Hewitt, was inspired to compose this unique aesthetic after spending years living in Shangai, Beijing and Hong Kong – endlessly trawling the flea markets and the junk shops for inspiration.

She said: “’The purpose of the Dumpling Dynasty line is to translate the beauty of Chinese design, about which I am totally passionate and obsessive, into lifestyle products”
